The most common size North American pallets are 48x40 and built to GMA specifications. These pallets are designed to carry general merchandise of approximately 2000 pounds of weight each.Demcor Inc. manufactures these pallets from new lumber or they may be produced from reconditioned pallets; in addition, they may also be ‘combo’ style pallets which are crafted by utilizing new and/or reconditioned lumber. Additional life and use can be provided to a wooden pallet by simply reconditioning or repairing the broken components of the pallet to restore its original strength, usage, and integrity of the pallet.  Demcor Inc. reconditions large quantities of pallets, mostly to GMA standards; however, we also manufacture various dimensions of pallets for each customer’s needs.  Reconditioned pallets are an important aspect of Demcor Inc.’s core philosophy of providing green solutions and sustainable wood usage, thereby protecting our planet’s timber and wood resources.

ISPM 15 is a standard for wooden international freight material including wooden pallets. Demcor Inc.’s kiln, heat chamber, meets and exceeds ISPM 15 standards and is certified monthly through Timber ProductsInspection.  Demcor Inc. heat treats hundreds of pallets daily along with stenciling and properly labeling each pallet to ensure ISPM 15 compliance and identification.

Demcor Inc. produces hundreds of pallet designs pursuant to specific customer requirements.  Pallets are produced from new or reconditioned lumber in sizes varying from 15” up to 196” pallets.  Tell us your requirements; we will utilize our custom pallet design software to provide an optimum pallet design for functionality and feasibility based on your budget requirement and usage.

Designed and manufactured to secure customer products for shipping world-wide without damage.  Crates can be manufactured from hardwood, pine, plywood, or OSB, and are highly specific in nature based on the product being protected and shipped.  Contact us for your specific crating requirements.

By utilizing reconditioned lumber or a combination of reconditioned pallets with new lumber, a better appearance for customer specification can be achieved while providing robust pallet design and integrity. Combo pallets are commonly used in the pallet industry to minimize cost and be environmentally conscious.

Demcor Inc. can produce any sized block pallet including euro specifications.  Most block pallets are produced from new lumber; as well, Demcor Inc. also maintains an inventory of reconditioned block pallets of various dimensions.
